How quickly do you process FBA prep orders?
Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours after inventory is received. Same-day service is available for urgent cases
Do you handle Amazon removal orders?
Yes, we receive, inspect, and either restock, dispose of, or re-prep FBA removal orders per your SOP.
Can I use your warehouse just for storage?
Yes, we offer flexible short- and long-term storage with no obligation to use our fulfillment services.
Do you provide inventory tracking?
Yes. Our clients receive access to a dashboard for real-time stock visibility, movement history, and order status
Is there a minimum volume to work with Mehyas?
No — we welcome startups, small sellers, and large-scale operations alike.
What are your pricing plans?
Pricing depends on service type, volume, and storage duration. Contact us for a custom quote.
Do you handle fragile or restricted items?
Yes, with proper documentation and compliance. Contact us for approval before sending such products.
How are returns handled?
We inspect each return, report the condition, and process them per your instructions — restock, dispose, or relabel.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for most services. Custom integration or complex workflows may incur a small onboarding charge.
Where is your warehouse located?
Our warehouse is based in Blackwood, New Jersey, USA, and serves clients across the U.S. and internationally.
What eCommerce platforms do you support for FBM?
We support Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy, WooCommerce, and custom integrations.
Do you offer branded packaging?
Yes. We can use your custom boxes, labels, inserts, or marketing material as part of our FBM and 3PL services.
What kind of prep services are included for Amazon FBA?
We offer labeling, poly bagging, bubble wrap, bundling, kitting, fragile handling, and carton forwarding.

Can I send products to you directly from my manufacturer?
Yes. We can receive shipments from local or overseas manufacturers and handle the rest.
Can I combine FBA and FBM services with you?
Absolutely — many clients store bulk inventory and split it between FBA and direct-to-customer fulfillment.
Do you offer pickup services?
Currently, we offer inbound receiving only. Clients or carriers arrange shipping to and from our facility.
Can I integrate my store directly with your system?
Yes. We offer integrations for Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and other platforms through our client portal.
What are your working hours?
We operate Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST, and offer extended support during Q4 and sales seasons.
